Seit 1994 sind wir Stammkunden am Alpencamp. Jedes Jahr kehren wir in unsere "Zweite Heimat" zurück und genießen das tolle Flair. Der Campingplatz ist perfekt ausgestattet, familienfreundlich und sauber. Sepp Kolbitsch mit Familie sind perfekte Gastgeber: liebenswert, gastfreundlich, sprühend von Ideen für weitere Verbesserungen und ständig ansprechbar. Wer die tolle Natur Kärntens und seine liebenswerten Bewohner hautnah erleben möchte, der sollte unbedingt den Alpencamp Kötschach-Mauthen aufsuchen.

We visited this site in 2005 and were most impressed and included it on our return from Italy this year.
The welcome is friendly and genuine. The pitches are spacious and well maintained and the views from the site are stunning. The toilet area is excellent and always spotless.Strongly recommend the restaurant a good choice of menu and beautifully cooked.

Mooie camping, goed en schoon sanitair (werd dagelijks meerdere keren schoongemaakt) comfortplaatsen waren goed, "gewone" plaatsen leken wat krap, caravans met voortent en luifel kwamen al gauw tot aan het pad, waar je dan met je caravan langs moet manouvreren. Vriendelijke eigenaar. Men zou alleen moeten vermelden dat er tussen 13.00 en 15.00 uur rust is en dat de receptie dan ook dicht is. Kan vervelend zijn als je, net zoals wij, tussen die tijd aan komt. Ook wil men (goed streven) dat je je afval gescheiden afvoert. Nadeel is dat je bij je caravan/tent een diversiteit aan tasjes/zakjes hebt voor je afval. 1 voor plastic, 1 voor blikjes, 1 voor papier en 1 voor GF(T).
