Nice place, opposite Durnstein, small ferry operates between the campsite and Durnstein - worth seeing and buying local drinks. Sanitary facilities could be better, not so many showers. Footpath to Rossatz - groceries and restaurant.

Ein wunderschön gelegener Campingplatz mit Traum-Aussicht, kundenfreundlichem Personal und vielen Möglichkeiten zur Freizeitgestaltung. Die Sanitäranlagen sind sehr sauber und die Duschen großzügig und zusätzlich mit Handbrausen ausgestattet. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen wieder!

Moderne camping met zeer goed sanitair. Met zogenaamd chipje toegankelijk. Douchecabines enorm ruim met wastafeltje erbij. De douche bestaat uit vaste douchekop én handdouche met verschillende waterstraalstanden. Deze douches zijn altijd gratis. Toiletten worden paar keer per dag zeer grondig schoongemaakt. In het eenvoudige "Peter's Kneippe" is frisdrank, bier en wijn te verkrijgen en eenvoudige, maar lekker maaltijden. Dit cafetaria is meer voor "nood". 's Morgens kan je vanaf 08.00 uur broodjes (vers van de bakker) halen voor ontbijt, maar er is geen winkeltje (voor bijvoorbeeld boter en dergelijke). Wil je uitgebreider eten, dan kan je in het dorp zelf terecht (zeer vlakbij de camping) of in de streek zelf. Voor tenten is beperkte ruimte, voor de caravans en campers is dat beter geregeld. Verder is deze camping een uitstekende uitvalplaats voor de streek Wachau (Melk, Dürnstein en Krems lekker dichtbij) en ligt echt aan de Donau, zodat je leuk al dat scheepvaartverkeer kan kijken.
