Deze camping heeft tal van mogelijkheden, en is prachtig gelegen in de stille kempen aan de purperen hei....
De plaatsen en het sanitair zijn te doen, wel is er geen zwembad, wat jammer is, zeker op warme dagen. Zeer negatief zijn wel de uitbaters. Elke morgen opstaan met een verkeerd been, elk met een fles azijn, zijn een schoolvoorbeeld hoe ge best een camping NIET uitbaat. Elementaire vriendelijkheid en beleefdheid is hen duidelijk vreemd, en het kleinste misverstand is voldoende om een tiranieke scène te maken, wat zeker niet bevorderlijk is voor een fijne vakantiesfeer. Mocht u op de camping staan en bezoek willen ontvangen, druk uw bezoekers op het hart dat ze zich eerst dienen aan te melden aan het onthaal, als ze niet een scheldtirade over zich willen krijgen. Als uw hond een plasje doet binnen de camping, zal u zeker een uitgebreide donderpreek krijgen. We hopen dat , "Zonhoven zondermeer", zich ernstig zal bezinnen hoelang ze deze mistoestand nog zal laten duren.

Deze lage cijfers zijn aannemelijk als u onze kleine gezellige familiale camping vergelijkt met "vakantiecampings" . Onze grote troef is: rust, netheid, ligging midden in wandelgebied en vlakbij het Limburgs Fietsroutenetwerk. Kom genieten van rust en de prachtige natuur!

Aparte plekken: dat sprak ons wel aan, maar dat viel enorm tegen: zand, zand en nog eens zand. Ook donker door de vele bomen. Toen op een veldje gestaan: was OK, maar uiteindelijk na 2 nachten weggegaan, cq weggevlucht, door de vele "knijten" (mugjes) die overal in kropen (neus, oor) en ook staken. Hier kan de camping overigens niks aan doen natuurlijk. Ligging wel prachtig midden in de natuur en temidden van fiets- en wandelpaden. Menukeuze in restaurant beperkt, maar gerechten wel goed. Sanitair niet slecht (redelijk schoon). Dus eindoordeel: zeker niet slecht maar niet echt voor herhaling vatbaar.

Geweldig mooie camping en natuur, fijne fiets- en wandelmogelijkheden en dicht bij Bokrijk. Veel activiteiten op camping.

Zeer rustige camping, minder geschikt voor mensen met kinderen. Weinig te doen op de camping. In de omgeving, Bokroijk, plopsa indoor Hasselt, fietsen en wandelen.
Wel goed onderhouden en mooie plaatsen. Sanitair aan de oude kant. Verder goede camping voor een aangenaam verblijf
