Verschrikkelijk lawaaierige camping: naast het station gelegen - veel kamperende jongerengroepen - lawaai van het café van de camping tot laat in de nacht - start van de kajak is naast de camping gelegen en van 's morgens vroeg tot 's avonds laat lawaai van mensen, kajaks en vrachtwagens.
Zwembad is enkel open tussen 13u en 18u.
Slechte service.

De campinguitbaters geven meer aandacht voor de dancing onder de cafetaria dan aan de camping!!! De disco is dagelijks tot 24uur en op zaterdag tot 5u 's morgens! De muziek galmt over 30% van de camping en de uitbaters trekken zich niets aan van deze geluidsoverlast, zij vinden dat je maar moet komen drinken! Op de camping ligt zowat overal vuil, het sanitair volledig ondermaats en word niet onderhouden. De ontvangst is ijskoud en puur zakelijk. in het restaurant is de wijnkaart is niet correct (prijzen kloppen niet als je afrekend). paspoort word ingehouden bij ontvangst en teruggegeven bij vertrek, dus mag je de camping niet verlaten met de wagen!!!

Proper sanitair, lekker en goedkoop restaurant, mooi niet te groot zwembad. Het enige nadeel is de spoorweg die naast de camping ligt.

Camping La Lesse is een goede familiecamping. De camping is uitgelezen voor personen die graag wandelen, kayaken en fietsen.
Op de camping is er geen inkoopmogelijkheid.
Voor inkopen heeft men wel een auto nodig, buiten een bakker is er weinig. Inkoopmogelijkheid in Houyet.

Wij gaan met drie caravans ieder jaar weer opnieuw in het voorjaar naar deze camping. Het is er heel relaxed en gezellig met de kano's die langs komen. Er hangt een hele fijne sfeer op de camping en het is er eenvoudig maar dat maakt het een echte ardenne camping. Mensen die niet van veel luxe houden moeten ook niet kiezen voor een camping in de Ardennen.
