Eerste vakantie met vrienden en huidige vrouw, toen nog zonder kinderen.
Omgeving erg mooi, dorpje op loopafstand, gezellig.
Geen echt strand met zand, maar vele scherpe rotsen, water niet te bereiken zonder waterschoenen.
Maar zeer geslaagde vakantie in 1997.

De camping heeft maar 3 sterren en geen 4 zoals hierboven aan de pagina staat. Buiten het hoogseizoen is het leuk op de camping en ook schoon (sanitair), maar in het hoogseizoen kunnen de schoonmaaksters er eenvoudig niet tegenopwerken. Er is op de camping totaal geen toezicht. Herrieschoppers gaan dus ongestoord hun gang. Ook de 2 zwembaden zijn in het hoogseizoen overvol. Personeel is niet echt vriendelijk. Als je een bootje hebt is het geweldig. Voor veel atracties en optredens (animatie) moet extra worden betaald. Dat hoort niet op een camping. Flinke winkel, maar opnieuw onvriendelijk personeel (taalprobleem?). Maar ook kleine groente- en fruitzaak (wel vers).
Kortom buiten het hoogseizoen geweldig, maar in het seizoen te veel mensen en moet je hier niet zijn!

In eerste instantie kregen wij een plaats aangewezen waar al een huurcaravan op stond, later konden we zelf gaan zoeken naar een plaats. Nadeel is dat je bij het kleine zwembad niet fatsoenlijk kunt liggen; twee meter beton zonder ligbedden. Voor ouders met kleine kinderen niet fijn, het grote zwembad heeft meer plaats maar ook beton en lag te ver weg van onze plaats. De ligweides bij zee lopen schuin, niet fijn om te liggen. Op de rechte gedeeltes staan veel bomen waardoor alleen schaduw. Personeel in de winkel spreekt slecht buitenlandse talen. Ook was er niet aan verse groente te komen, alleen slappe sla. Restaurants waren wel goed.

Wij zijn 24 juli naar deze camping afgereisd het was in één woord: fatastisch. Wij zijn hier drie weken geweest en hebben ons geen moment verveeld. Ook de kinderen hebben enorm genoten. De WC's werden bijna de hele dag schoongemaakt. Ik vond alleen raar dat je voor tafeltennis en animatie extra moet betalen. We wilden een avond gaan kijken, maar dan moest je eerst betalen. Dat heb ik nog nooit meegemaakt.
