Goed gelegen in de buurt van het gezellige havenstadje Rovinj. Je kan er met de taxiboot of te voet naar toe. (Cruiseschepen doen dagelijks dit stadje aan, het moet dus wel iets speciaals hebben zeker?)
Er is ook een duikcentrum op de camping met een boot die van op de camping vertrekt naar verschillende duikplaatsen.

Rustige camping met uitzicht op Rovinj. Heerlijke strandjes (ene is kiezels en de andere van rotsplateaus -deze zijn overigens wel glad). Hadden een grote plek in het open gedeelte, wat wel erg warm was met 34 graden. Nergens schaduw te vinden.
De zee is er super helder en het personeel wat er rond loopt erg vriendelijk. Tijdens het grasmaaien was onze elektriciteitssnoer kapot gereden. Wij waren er op dat moment niet, maar bij terugkomst lag er een nieuw snoer en een briefje. Heel correct toch? En ook de toiletgebouwen werden vanaf 6 uu schoongemaakt. De dames losten elkaar af en gingen om 11 uur 's avonds weer naar huis. Zelfs het asfalt van de weg werd elke dag geveegd! Rovinj is een heel romantisch stadje, en ik denk wel het mooiste van heel Istrië. Zijn ook nog naarde Plitvitche meren geweest, was wel een heel end rijden, maar zo verschrikkellijk mooi. Zeker de moeite waard geweest. Al met al een land om zeker nog eens terug naar toe te gaan.

Wij hebben 5 nachten op deze camping doorgebracht en dat is ons prima bevallen. Er zijn op de camping plaatsen met en zonder schaduw en hoe verder je naar achteren staat, hoe goedkoper de plaats.
Wij hadden een mooie plek, bijna aan zee en met uitzicht op Rovinj.
De camping ligt aan de zee en vlakbij Rovinj, wat een heerlijk stadje is. Rovinj is makkelijk per fiets te bereiken, maar leuker is om de shuttleboot vanaf de camping te nemen, deze vaart tot laat in de avond.
Het sanitair is keurig en wordt de gehele dag schoon gehouden.
Er is een winkeltje op de camping voor je nodige boodchappen en een krantje.
In het restaurant op de camping kun je voor weinig geld prima eten.
Voor ons een prima camping om nog eens weer te komen.

Wir waren im September 2010 auf dem Platzteil Borik mit Blick auf die Altstadt von Rovinj. Die Stellplätze 6-9 direkt am Meer sind super aber nur bedingt mit dem Caravan nutzbar (Gefälle). Platz 8 schmal - kein Vorzelt möglich, aber auch nicht erforderlich.
Sanitär, Personal 1A. In der Hauptsaison und Nebensaison ist für diese Plätze eine Reservierung erforderlich, aber das war es uns wert. Das Taxiboot nach Rovinj kostet pro Person/Fahrt 20 Kuna (3€) und ist eine super Sache. Restaurants gibt es in guter Qualität sowohl auf dem Platz als auch in der näheren Umgebung sowie ohne Ende in Rovinj. Einkaufmöglichkeiten in Rovinj: Lidl + kroatischer Superrmarkt nebenan zu günstigen Preisen. Obst und Gemüse gibt es frisch und gut bei Händlern an der Strasse.
Taucherbasis auf dem Platz. (bin keiner)
Mitnahme eines kleinen Bootes (Kajak) empfehlenswert. Die kleine Insel Figorola liegt gleich gegenüber. WiFi nur in Nähe des Hotels auf dem Platz, aber viel zu teuer.

The best of this camping is the excellent view and position close to charming Rovinj. In peak season, prebooking is recommended to be sure to get a pitch. We were late, but lucky to get a reasonable pitch on the sunny side, but close to the sea. The pitches in shadow looked a bit tight and uneven. Bath was nice from the rocks, specially with a bit older kids. Very clear water, diving school and many activites around. Good restaurant at the water. The best was the taxi boat to Rovinj, which we could not get enough of. More night life at neighbour camping Amarin. Summary, a very good camping.
