Liebevoll in Terrassen und mit Teich angelegter, gepflegter Garten mit bis zu 10 Stellplätzen in westlichem Vorort von Karlsbad. Die nötigsten Sanitäreinrichtungen vorhanden, veraltet aber sauber. Karlsbad mit Bus oder Fahrrad (4 km) erreichbar. Die traumhafte Radwanderung nach Loket entlang der Egerschleifen (hin und zur. 28 km) ist fast ein „Muss“.
