A great site just down the road from Versailles in great surroundings even though a qite high price for pitch and electricity.

Having stayed at a lot of campsites around Paris, this is definitely one of the best.
The staff are wonderful, speak good English, are there all day / evening.
5 to 10 minute walk to local supermarket / train station to central Paris / lots of other useful shops.
Train to Paris is about 15 minutes and cost about 10 Euro per person return.
Versailles Palace is a half hour walk, but only includes 2 roads.
Site is not flat but easy for legs / chocks.
Sanitation is excellent.
Well shaded, but pine trees drop cones in windy weather.
Very quiet site, although the advertised amenities (pool / child park / table tennis etc) were all not open at my visit.

We stayed here for 3 nights and had a nice time using it as a base to visit Versailles. Beware that Versailles is a full day visit and getting to the palace at midday isn't worthwhile regardless of what the staff had to say. We never used the pool as the temperature dropped dramatically, having said that a member of staff offered us the use of some blankets.

This is an excellent site to go to, close to Versailles (30 minutes walk to the palace on the other side of town) or a train station (5 minutes walk and the next stop on the line). Good points: staff were friendly, pool was heated, the shower block was excellent, the location is ideal if you want to visit Paris (20 minutes on train) there is also a few shops and a very good Boulangerie a few minutes walk away.
Downsides: The pitch I was on was a little stony so difficult to peg the tent down.

Prima camping om Parijs en Versailles "te doen". Sanitair was netjes en lekker warm door de houtkachel die er in brandde.
Personeel supervriendelijk. Je staat op oneven terrein in het bos. Heeft wel wat.
Waren zelf met caravan en hadden voor de kinderen een "tente canadienne" gehuurd. Alles erg netjes en goed verzorgd. Aanrader.
