Zeer grote plaatsen, niet recht toe recht aan, maar speels en groot! Omgeving rustig en mooi. Behoorlijk meertje, helaas was het toen wij er waren te koud, maar zag er goed uit. Visfeest meegemaakt, veel lokale bevolking, erg gezellig. Sanitair schoon, beetje sober, maar wij vonden het prima.

Rustige camping met grote mooie schaduwrijke plaatsen, veel vaste plaatsen.
Voorzieningen zijn eenvoudig maar schoon. Camping gasten krijgen een sleutel van het sanitaire blok zodat de dorpsbewoners die komen zwemmen niet ook hiervan gebruik kunnen maken anders zou het zeker ontoereikend zijn.
Kennelijk is daar de beste tijd om bomen om te zagen met een motor zaag 's ochtends tussen 07:00 en 08:00 (alle 3 de ochtenden die wij daar waren). In de omgeving kun je prima fietsen en bij de receptie zijn goede fietsroutes te krijgen. De omgeving is mooi maar een beetje doods, weinig terrassen, stil, luiken dicht. Leuk is dat men met veel bloemen e.e.a.probeert op te "fleuren". Saarbrücken even over de grens ong. 25 min rijden is zeker de moeite waard. Op weg naar of terug van het zuiden een leuke stop.
