In juni 2011 enkele dagen op deze camping gestaan. Ontvangst was vriendelijk, plaats erg mooi.
Sanitair zeer gedateerd en niet schoon, douchen met spinnewebben boven je hoofd.
Afval moest gescheiden worden, prima natuurlijk maar de lol vergaat wel als er schimmel in de bioemmer zit en maden in de flessenbak. Geen broodservice, staat wel op de site maar volgens de eigenares niet de moeite voor weinig mensen. We moesten zelf maar naar Brantome rijden.
We waren van plan 10 dagen te blijven maar zijn na 3 dagen vertrokken.

Camping was nog open, maar er werd niets meer gedaan aan het sanitairgebouw. Handdoeken, tubes tandpasta, kammen etc. lagen bij de wastafels (vergeten spullen?). Matten lagen voor de ingang weggegooid. Ze hadden beter kunnen sluiten!!

Het betreft een zeer rustige camping met een geweldig landelijk uitzicht aan een zijkant. De plaatsen zijn zeer ruim en in september 2010 - toen wij er waren - waren we vrij in de keuze waar we wilden gaan staan.

Erg prettige camping met mooie plaatsen. Lieve campinghouders. Heerlijk wandelend of fietsend naar het nabij gelegen Brantome.

Een heel fijne rustige camping, waarvandaan vele wandelingen te maken zijn. Ook prima mogelijkheden om te fietsen, vooral langs de rivier, rechtstreeks naar Brantome (8km), wat een heel bijzondere plaats is. Ook Bourdeille is de moeite waarde; daar is een groot kasteel. De eigenaar, een Fransman is getrouwd met een Nederlandse vrouw, die meestal de camping runt. Zeer behulpzaam om wandel- en fietsmogelijkheden te geven. Zij hebben de damping al 16 jaar; zijn er heel jong mee begonnen. Wij waren van plan maar 2 of 3 nachten te blijven, maar omdat het zo goed beviel zijn we 11 dagen gebleven.
