Bei unserer Ankunft mussten wir leider feststellen, dass unser Chalet "SAMOA LUXE" zuvor nicht ordentlich geputzt worden war - zudem waren die Kinderzimmer von Ameisenkolonien heimgesucht. Wir meldeten dies der Rezeption unverzüglich - warteten aber vergeblich auf die von Ihnen versprochene Abhilfe. Demnach putzten wir die Zimmer und versuchten mit Anti-Insektenspray gegen die Ameisen vorzugehen.
Zur Einrichtung: Zweckmässig - jedoch kann mit Ausnahme des Geschirrspülers kaum von luxus-Ausstattung die Rede sein. Das Chalet verfügt über keine Isolation (Hitze am Tag / Kälte bei Nacht). Der dem Chalet gegenüberliegende Sportplatz hatte einige der Spots direkt auf unsere Holzterrasse gerichtet. Die Vorhänge konnten demnach nur zum Teil abdunkeln. Die Bettmatraze (des Doppelbetts) war extrem abgenutzt. Alles in Allem war das Chalet ein totaler Reinfall und das Personal nur bedingt auskunfts- respektiv hilfsbereit. Sanitäranlagen ok - störender Chlorgeruch beim Pool....
