A63 exit 5 Bayonne-Sud. Then take the D932 via Ustaritz and Cambo-les-Bains to St. Jean-Pied-du-Port. The camp site is located on the right of a bend on the D918 2.5 km before the town of Ascarat.

De camping is goed verzorgd. Een deel van de plaatsen ligt aan een beekje, maar die waren vol toen wij er waren. De plek was wel wat aan de klein kant, maar we konden ons toch goed redden met onze tent. Het sanitair wordt regelmatig schoon gemaakt, ziet er goed uit en het warm water is ook echt warm. Er zijn enkele douches bestemd voor invaliden en die zijn een stuk ruimer. Bij ons was dat vooral handig om de kinderen (4 & 7) in te douchen en toch nog zelf droog te blijven. In de omgeving is voldoende te zien en te doen.

Mooie fleurige camping. Plaatsen wisselend van grootte doordat het geen 'rijtjescamping' is. Hartelijke ontvangst. Zwembad niet erg groot. Prima toilet/douchevoorziening. Wifi gratis en op een groot stuk te ontvangen

Heerlijk plekje aan een riviertje, kwamen wel in het naseizoen, het was er erg rustig. Sanitair was niet alleen keurig verzorgd, maar ook erg kleurig. Wij gingen wel op de fiets naar het dorp, er was ook een weg binnendoor zodat je niet langs de drukke weg hoefde.

Komen al enkele jaren op deze camping omdat we vrienden in de buurt regelmatig bezoeken. Goede camping met schoon sanitair, echter dit jaar waren de lampen op de paden nog in zwart plastic gepakt, zodat we 's nachts helemaal geen licht hadden als we terugkwamen op de camping. Dit moet niet kunnen na 15 mei vinden wij.
Verder vriendelijk en behulpzaam oersoneel (voornamelijk eigenaresse en zoon die we gesproken hebben).
Mooie plaatsen met veel schaduw of zon zoals men zelf wenst. Ligt wel iets verder van het dorp maar je bent er zo met de auto.
Niet aan te bevelen om te voet naar het dorp te gaan. Drukke tweebaans verkeersweg zonder voetpaden!
