Zeer fraai gelegen, schaduwrijke en redelijk rustige terassencamping op ruim 20 km van St. Flour en (diverse) grote supermarkten.

Zowel de toerit naar als de algemene toegankelijkheid van de camping zijn zeer slecht. Dit geldt in het bijzonder voor combinaties met varavan. De kwaliteitsaanduiding met vier sterren wordt niet in voldoende mate waargemaakt!

De weg naar de camping is in slechte staat en indien je met een caravan komt: succes! De wegen op de camping zijn zéér steil en wij hadden van te voren aangegeven dat wij met een caravan & bijzettentje kwamen. Toch kregen wij aanvankelijk een tentenplaats toegewezen, op een gedeelte dat bijna tot niet toegankelijk is voor auto met caravan. Daarnaast is er geen afrastering voor kleine kinderen op het plekje, waardoor ze gemakkelijk 2 meter naar beneden kunnen vallen. Na aangegeven te hebben hier niet mee akkoord te gaan, konden we eventueel op een andere plek staan, aan het begin van de camping, waar iedereen langs komt de auto. Wat ons betreft geen 4 sterren camping en zeer lastig voor kampeerders met een caravan. Wij zijn hier uiteindelijk niet gebleven.

De toegangsweg en de wegen op de camping zijn in slechte staat. Ook zijn de wegen op de camping smal en stijl, wat zo nu en doe behoorlijke problemen op kan leveren. Ook het plaatsen van de caravan kan uitdagingen opleveren, omdat de plaatsen soms erg schuin en smal zijn. Toiletten waren niet schoon. Wij kwamen een dag eerder aan. Geen enkel probleem want we konden naar al naar onze gereserveerde plaats volgens de eigenaresse. Helaas bleek bij aankomst op de plaats, deze bezet te zijn. Van de eigenaresse moesten deze campinggasten direct van de plaats vertrekken. Dit is natuurlijk niet juist aangezien het een fout betreft van de receptie in het toewijzen van plaatsen. Wij hebben aangeboden om op een andere plaats te gaan staan waardoor het probleem is opgelost. Wij hoorden van andere campinggasten dat er een boom was omgevallen vlak naast een tent. Animatieprogramma is minimaal. Het zwemmen in de nabijheid van de camping op het stuwmeer was niet mogelijk. Geen 4 sterren camping.

Een zeer vriendelijke ontvangst. De sanitaire voorzieningen en kampeerplaats zijn prima. Er is vers brood en s' avonds ook warm eten op bestelling. Het is er zeer kalm en ondanks het einde van het seizoen was men toch vriendelijk.
