Op deze camping verbleven wij van 18 juni t/m 25 juni 2011. De mobilhome was niet goed schoongemaakt, we hebben wel goede uitleg gehad in het Engels.
Internet was in zaaltje, moest voor betaald worden. Veel mobilhomes op Camping voor verhuur. Dit was de duurste camping die we in 3 weken gehad hebben en voor ons de slechtste. Broodjesservice was goed, grote tent bij restaurant waar 3 dagen achter elkaar een feest was, erg luidruchtige Fransen. Rond 22.30 uur was het wel rustig. Restaurant bij het meer, 1 keer gegeten weinig keuze. Pizzeria verderop had het beter te doen, was ook erg lekker. Mooie omgeving , veel leegstand van allerlei hotels, disco's en huizen. Omgeving kwam erg armoedig over. Veel rondgereden in omgeving, natuur was prachtig. Bij Lac Chambon geen vertier, niets te beleven, rondje rond meer gelopen.

Mooi gelegen camping in directe nabijheid van het Lac Chambon dat echter vanaf de camping nauwelijks zichtbaar is. Klantvriendelijk personeel dat er alles aan doet om het je naar de zin te maken. Ben bv prima door hen geholpen toen ik problemen had met de auto zoals het maken van een afspraak met plaatselijke garage, tolken omdat mijn Engels beter is dan m'n Frans, etc.
De plaatsen bieden voldoende privacy door hoge heggen maar die heggen nemen, samen met een enkele hoge boom, op een aantal plaatsen ook wel veel zon weg.
De omgeving is schitterend en biedt vele mogelijkheden voor interessante en sportieve uitstapjes. Prima zwembad dat in het hoogseizoen, zo kan ik me voorstellen, wel eens erg druk zal kunnen zijn.
Prijs/kwal-verhouding bij gebruikmaking van ACSI-kortingskaart in voor-/naseizoen zeer goed.

Too much like Butlins for us. Poor pitches that were no way near 100m2.......Although we were assured that they were. We couldnt get out of the campsite quick enough.
