Wij hadden niet geboekt, maar werden persoonlijk welkom geheten en mochten met een golfkarretje een plek zoeken. Er zijn grote plaatsen met veel privacy. Het toilet- en douchegebouw waren open en stonden vol in de wind. Erg koud dus. De hygiëne was echter uitmuntend, ook op het terrein. Er zijn mooie, centrale barbequeplaatsen en een goed restaurant. Men voert echter wel een kleine kaart. Er is veel te zien in de omgeving. Vooral geschikt om als uitvalsbasis te gebruiken om de D-Day-stranden te bezoeken.

Hoewel de camping wel rechtstreeks aan zee ligt, is het strand niet direct toegankelijk. Wil je het strand op, dan moet je iets verder lopen. De omgeving is zeer de moeite waard met een prachtig achterland, het zogenaamde "Klein Zwitserland". Er zijn visvijvers op het terrein, waar je vrij mag vissen. Dit is ook uniek te noemen. Zeker de moeite waard om nog eens naar toe te gaan.
