Dit was onze eerste kampeerervaring. Vriendelijk onthaal en wij hadden een ideale staanplaats helemaal achteraan. Dit hadden we zo gevraagd en er was dus geen lawaai. Ik kan me wel inbeelden als je dichtbij het sanitair slaapt, dat je inderdaad wel last kan hebben van toeslaande deuren. Er is geen winkeltje op de camping, maar benodigdheden zijn te bestellen aan receptie. Sanitair werd drie keer per dag schoongemaakt en wc-papier mocht wel in wc! Het is een ideale uitvalsbasis om vanalles te bezoeken onder andere Le Mont Saint-Michel, Arromanches, Honfleur, Dieppe en Le Pont De Normandie. Als je op het strand goed zoekt vindt je soms specialere schelpen. De prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding is goed.

Lawaaierige camping; vooral de deuren van de doucheruimtes vallen de hele dag met een klap in het slot. Plaats was krap bemeten; onze caravan met voortent en luifel lieten nog 1,5 meter over naar de buren. Internetmogelijkheid bestaat uit het gratis mogen gebruiken van de laptop in de receptie. Helaas is deze nog al eens dicht. Eigenaar en personeel uiterst vriendelijk. Doordat er veel Fransen regelmatig komen, kennen deze elkaar bijna allemaal, dit creëert een erg gezellige sfeer.

Ruime kampeerplaatsen op apart veldje voor tenten met apart voetbalveld. Irritant werden de rumoerige nachten door franse jongelui die 's nachts dronken van het strand afkwamen. Hier zijn de medewerkers helaas niet erg streng in. Er is wel een kampwacht die 's nachts een ronde maakt.

Wel aardige camping. Staanplaatsen wel ruim. Weinig voorzieningen, geen winkel. Wat wel heel apart was dat het WC-papier niet in de toiletpot, maar in een apart emmertje, wat naast de pot staat, gedaan moest worden. Lekker ranzig. Maar als uitvalsbasis voor bezoeken aan de invasiestranden wel geschikt. In juni met ACSI-kaart slechts 13 euro, dus duur is het niet.

Wir haben unsere Woche am Meer sehr genossen. Obwohl das Wetter Ende September, Anfang Oktober durchwachsen war hat es uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Nähe zum Strand ist wirklich hervorragend. Die sanitären Anlagen waren ganz OK. Es waren kaum noch Camper auf dem Platz von daher war es sehr ruhig. Mit dem Hund am Strand entlanglaufen war auch kein Problem.

Wenn man gerne frisches Baguette oder Brot zum Frühstück haben möchte und eh mit dem Hund raus muss, so empfiehlt sich ein 10 minütiger Spaziergang am Strand entlang, in den Ort, und man bekommt alles was das Herz begehrt. Die Umgebung ist ebenfalls sehr schön und man hat auch recht Interessante Ausflugs und Wanderziele in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Personal war ebenfalls sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Wir fahren jedenfalls wieder hin.
