Route:

From the north exit 26 Chalon-sur-Saône. Then south towards Mâcon via N6 as far as Varennes-le-Grand. Then right onto D6 as far as Ferté. Then left D18. Left after 1 km at 'Lac des Laives'. From the south: A6 exit 27 Tournus, dir. Chalon-sur-Saône (N6). In the centre of Sennecey-le-Grand take the D18 dir. Laives.

Eén geplande overnachting werden er twee. Het onthaal was prima, camping met sanitair en zwemdok waren af. De omgeving het verkennen waard-langer verblijf aangeraden. Bemerking op de route: in [plaats van afrit 26, ééntje verder naar de 27. Dit lijkt eenvoudiger. Wij vonden geen ronde punten, daar er een expresweg werd getrokken (in september '09).

Rustig gelegen, mooie omgeving met oude kerkjes en weidse uitzichten, meerdere uitstapjes mogelijk, interessante stad Chalon.

We zijn hier nu voor de vierde keer geweest en de camping is een soort tweede thuis geworden. Ook al omdat we mensen van vorige keren daar ontmoeten. Er zijn al leuke vriendschappen door ontstaan. De eigenaar en zijn vrouw zorgen er ook voor dat het hier schoon, rustig en gezellig is.

Een verrassend leuke rustige camping. Mooie plaatsen en mooie omgeving. Prima, wel gedateerd sanitair. Wij komen zeker nog eens terug.

Een fijne camping, maar de plaatsen zijn niet erg groot. Wel zijn er ruim voldoende plaatsen met zowel zon als schaduw. Het sanitair is niet echt modern. Er is bijvoorbeeld lauw douchewater. De ligging van de camping is heel mooi. Vlak naast de camping ligt een leuk meer, maar daar heb je geen last van. De badgasten kunnen niet zomaar de camping op, omdat dit met een hefboom is afgesloten.

Jammer dat de camping als doorgangscamping gezien wordt. De Voie-Verte ligt vlakbij en de omgeving is dus heel goed om te fietsen is en het is er heel mooi! Rondom de camping is het rustig en vrij vlak. De Voie-Verte heeft talrijke fietstochten die echt schitterend zijn. Er is een boekje met de tochten en de moeilijkheidsgraad. Een langer verblijf is hier zeker aan te raden. Op de camping kun je ook snacks krijgen. 's Morgens is ook brood af te halen. Het zwembad is klein, maar wel netjes met ligbedden. De camping is goed te bereiken vanaf de tolweg.
