Wij hebben deze camping in de afgelopen jaren meerdere keren bezocht. Voor ons een ideaal rustpunt in een prachtige omgeving waar je fijn kunt wandelen en waar je op afgescheiden fietspaden heerlijk kunt fietsen op de Voie Verte . Denk wel aan de fietsdrager.

De camping is idyllisch en lijkt wel een parkje; niet te groot, fijne plaatsen en zeer schoon. Het sanitair wordt twee keer per dag schoongemaakt en is dus schoon. Op de camping werken fijne medewerkers. In Vermenton vind je de bakker, de slager, een krantje en een supermarkt waar ook benzine getankt kan worden. Wat wil een mens nu nog meer?

Wij bezochten deze rustige camping voor de tweede keer. Het sanitair is zeer schoon, naast de camping is de rivier de "Cure" en de camping is mooi gelegen. Het is een prima utvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan Avalon en Vézelay. In Acolay (op 2,5 kilometer afstand) is een prima restaurant in een wijnkelder tegen een redelijke prijs.
