Route:

From north: A6 exit 26 Chalon-sur-Saône. South to Mâcon via D906 (N6) as far as Varennes-le-Grand. Then right onto D906 (N6) as far as Ferté. Then left D18. Left after 1 km at 'Lac des Laives'. From the south: A6 exit 27 Tournus, dir. Chalon-sur-Saône (N6). In the centre of Sennecey-le-Grand take the D18 to the left, dir. Laives.

De camping was op zich prima. Netjes en schoon. Het speeltuintje was aan een "upgrade toe". Geen glijbaan , 1 oude wipwap (erg hoog), een schommel (ook erg hoog), tafeltennistafel en kruiptoestelletje. Omdat we eind van de middag op de terugweg aankwamen, hadden we niet veel eten meer bij ons en moesten we wat kopen in het winkeltje. Het winkeltje was echter schrikbarend duur: €6.50 voor een flesje waterige wijn, € 2.20 voor een klein blikje doppertjes (€0,45 in de supermarkt). Jammer.
Op zich een leuke doortrekcamping.

Op het einde van het seizoen gebruik gemaakt van deze camping; daarom waarschijnlijk erg rustig. geen gebruik gemaakt van zwembad.

Heerlijke camping aan een groot meer met een fantastisch restaurant. Hadden een mooie schaduwplek (gelukkig, want het was 40 graden in de schaduw) de koolmezen kwamen lekker brutaal op tafel om te kijken of er iets te eten was. Personeel heel vriendelijk. Komen zeker terug.

Hartelijke ontvangst. Camping word mooi schoon gehouden, ook het sanitair is goed. Jammer dat wij er met regen stonden, dan wordt het wel erg donker met de bomen rondom.
Broodjesservice is oke.

Een hele fijne, rustige camping. Prima plaatsen (zon/schaduw), goede sfeer, sanitair is goed, goed warm water al houden de kampeerders het sanitair niet altijd schoon! Keurig zwem(peuter-)bad. Eenvoudige snacks en een klein winkeltje aanwezig. Mogelijkheid om brood te bestellen.
De ligging van de camping is prachtig, goede fiets- en wandelroutes. Ook ideaal als doortrekcamping, omdat het makkelijk vanaf de tolweg te bereiken is. Nadeel is dat je de snelweg hoort. Vlak naast de camping ligt een meer, waar je lekker kan zwemmen, vissen, kanoën of waterfietsen. Toezicht in de zomermaanden, keurig onderhouden zandstrand, overzichtelijk en met verschillende lijnen in het water is het goed afgebakend, zodat je met kleine kinderen veilig kan gaan zwemmen. Overigens heb je geen last van eventuele drukte in het meer.
