Het sanitair op de camping was even wennen. Het was wel redelijk schoon. Verder stond er de eerste nacht jongeren op het jeugdveld die erg veel kabaal maakten. Maar nadat zij vertrokken waren bleek dit een heerlijk rustige camping te zijn. Het personeel spreekt nauwelijks Engels, maar willen wel hun best voor je doen. De omgeving is schitterend. Zeer veel mooie plaatsen. Als je bereid bent een stuk te rijden ook een goede uitvalbasis om de kustroute langs alle D-Day bezienswaardigheden te maken. De route langs de kust is echt een aanrader. We willen zeker nog eens naar deze omgeving.

Een eenvoudige maar zeer goede en nette gemeentecamping met ruime plaatsen. De beheerder is een sympathieke man met hart voor 'zijn' camping. Voor kinderen is er een groot speelveld. Zeer goedkoop (augustus 2009). Er mag niet gezwommen worden in het naastgelegen meer, wel allerlei watersporten. Veel te zien in de omgeving (Honfleur!!, Rouen, diverse prachtige tuinen, mooie natuur en architectuur. enzovoort). Als echte Normandië fans komen wij hier regelmatig. Deze camping is ook handig op doorreis naar bijvoorbeeld Bretagne.
