A10 exit 25. Follow D760 for 6 km direction Chinon/l'Ile Bouchard. After Noyant-de-Touraine continue straight ahead at roundabout towards Chinon/l'Ile Bouchard. Cp located about 3 km on the left of the road. Follow signs to 'Ile Bouchard'.

Een prachtige camping, midden tussen de zonnebloemvelden. Je komt via de oprijlaan van het kasteel aanrijden, gaat door de poort en rijdt links het terrein op. De heggen zijn geknipt, sommige bomen en struiken zijn in figuur geknipt en het gras is kort. Kortom: keurig onderhouden.

Het sanitair is gedateerd, maar goed schoon. Er zijn 3 lekker warme douches en voor elk geslacht 2 toiletten. Het afwaswater is heet. Op zo'n 8 kilometer afstand zijn er inkoopmogelijkheden in een bijzonder goed gesorteerde Super U te L' Ile-Bouchard. In een straal van 50 kilometer zijn genoeg bezienswaardigheden. Van steden en dorpjes tot kastelen. Met name Loches en Château de Villandry zijn een bezoek waard.

Mooie, schone en rustige camping. Vriendelijke en behupzame beheerder. Prima geschikt voor rustzoeker. Weinig vertier voor opgroeiende jeugd.

Prachtig gelegen camping bij een echt Frans kasteel. Ruime, meest schaduwrijke plaatsen. Uiterst vriendelijke mensen, die op alle mogelijke manieren willen helpen. Omgeving geschikt voor fiets- en wandeltochten. Inkopen op 8 kilometer. Binnen een straal van 50 kilometer veel interessante stadjes te bezoeken (Loches!).

Uitstekende camping, rust hoog in het vaandel, draadloos internet (3 euro per dag fantastisch), Broodservice, vriendelijke eigenaren. We komen er graag terug (zijn er al 3 maal geweest). Wel veel Nederlanders.

Mooie landelijke omgeving, ruime plaatsen en vooral héél rustig. Vriendelijk onthaal (frans, engels). Sanitair iets verouderd maar wel kraakproper. Ideale uitvalbasis voor wandel, fietstochten en kasteelbezoeken. Ben je op zoek naar een weekje rust dan is deze camping the place to be.
