Een fijne grote camping. De plaatsen zijn aan de kleine kant. Het sanitair is open en behoeft mijn inziens een kleine renovatie voor het de camping waardig is. Het zwembad is leuk, maar aan de kleine kant. Het meer is fantastisch. Voorzieningen als winkeltjes zijn er genoeg. Wij vonden de camping wel aan de dure kant.

Na 7 jaren weer terug naar Lac le Chalain en absoluut geen spijt. Geweldige camping, prachtig meer en dito omgeving. Sanitair is voor Franse begrippen goed. Er is in ieder geval voldoende warm water. De plaatsen (we stonden aan het meer) waren voldoende groot maar niet even vlak (leveler voor je caravan meenemen). Voor aan het (kiezel)strand zijn zwemschoenen geen overbodige luxe. Op de camping een aantal leuke winkels, met name de bakker die iedere dag vanaf 7 uur vers brood heeft scoort natuurlijk goed. Supermarkt goed gesorteerd en met redelijke prijzen. Animatie is prima, veel leuke activiteiten voor alle leeftijden. Het binnen-/buitenzwembad is ook mooi. In de omgeving is veel vertier en vermaak. De watervallen, wandelen, kanoën en mountainbiken, voldoende ingrediënten voor een sportieve vakantie. Voor je (grote) boodschappen moet je iets verder weg (Lons le Saunier, Clervaux le Lac of Champagnole voor de grotere Marchés). Al met al een echte aanrader voor een gezin met kinderen.

We zijn vorig jaar naar deze camping getrokken, super mooie streek. Kampeerplaats was ook in goede staat en we hadden er veel ruimte. Mooie omgeving om lange wandelingen te maken en prachtige watervallen op kleine afstand. Rustige camping na 23 u was het bijna altijd stil. Zeker de moeite om nog eens terug te gaan

Ein sehr gepflegter Campingplatz mit vielen Freiflächen im weitläufigen Gelände und kompletter Infastruktur. Stellplätze unterschiedlich groß (80- 140 qm). Sanitäranlagen relativ einfach aber reichlich und jederzeit sauber. Landschaftlich sehr schöne Umgebung. Ein sehr empfehlensweter Platz.

Grote camping met toch zeer veel ruimte, ideaal voor sportieve vakantie. Ingepalmd door Nederlanders die 's avonds georganiseerde zangstonden houden. Bij reservatie vragen naar plaats ver genoeg van centrale plein en dan hoor je niets. 2 maal geweest. Topcamping.
