When approaching from Champagnole: via the D471 as far as Pont-du-Navoy. Then turn left onto the D27 in the direction of Doucier. Turn left at Lac de Chalain, follow the camping signs.

In 2007 op deze camping geweest in 3 slpkamer mobil home met 2 kids, 3,5 en 1 jaar. 2 weken mooi weer, 2 dagen regen.Mooie caravan met grote plaatsen. Auto op plaats, veel ruimte, schaduw en zon. Peuterbad mooi groot, zwembad ruim voldoende, springkussens en een erg mooi meer met zand/kiezelstrand en meer is langzaamaflopend, dus goed voor kinderen. Een plezierige camping, ruim en rustig. Entertainment 's avonds wel erg hard, maar stopte rond 0:00.
Afhaalmaaltijden zijn erg beperkt en wat later geopend (dacht 1800). Met kleine kinderen is dat vrij laat voor ons Nederlanders. Kids club ed hebben wij niet ervaren omdat onze kinderen te jong waren. We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad, en de omgeving is mooi, alhoewel wij niet veel hebben rondgekeken vanwege de kids. Wij vinden het een absolute aanrader! De enige reden dat wij niet teruggaan is de kans op minder weer in de Jura omdat bij regen enkele dagen in de caravan geen succes zal zijn. We gaan nu zuidelijker.

Een prima camping met mooie, ruime plaatsen en een zeer verzorgd sanitair met speciale aandacht voor kinderen (aangepaste hoogte). Ook een heel mooi zwembad en een leuke speeltuin. Kortom: een aanrader om een supervakantie te beleven. Wij komen zeker terug.

Wunderschön gelegener Platz an einem tollen See. Ende August kein Seeblick vom Platz aus, da alles mit Hecken zugewuchert ist. Alles top - lediglich das Mobilhome (keines vom Platz selbst gebuchtes, sondern von einem Miet-Veranstalter) war ungepflegt und nicht empfehlenswert. Super naturnahe Ausflugsziele in der Nähe (Wasserfälle usw.) - PKW erforderlich.

Zeer mooie camping direct gelegen aan het meer van Chalain. Alles zeer netjes onderhouden met vriendelijk personeel op de receptie.
