Camping Mas de la Cam, een prachtige schone camping met mooie aanplant en veel bloembakken, allemaal heel goed verzorgd. Het zwembad is ook mooi, genoeg ligbedden, geen parasols maar wel palmbomen als je in de schaduw wilt zitten. Sanitair is ook goed schoon, alleen de douchehokjes zijn wat klein en voor de afwas is maar één tappunt voor warm water, het nieuwe sanitairgebouw is een stuk beter. De rivier is leuk maar niet spectaculair, je kunt er in zwemmen als de dam erin ligt, er komen geen kano's langs. Er is ook een grote grasstrook langs de rivier. Wij vonden het een mooie camping, 2 weken geweest vanaf 19 juni, het was er heerlijk rustig. Er is wifi maar niet over de hele camping bereik, dus dan moet je op het terras gaan zitten waar ook mensen zitten te eten en dat vonden wij een beetje jammer. Leo had de racefiets mee en vond het erg leuk om een paar mooie tochten te fietsen over de pittige cols tot ongeveer 900 meter hoogte. Er waren meedere fietsers, dus met een groep is het leuk.

Camping is heel mooi gelegen, personeel heel klantvriendelijk en uiterst behulpzaam. Sanitair gedeeltelijk nieuw en vooral de toiletten nog ouder; onderhoud goed. Prachtig zwembad. Camping goed onderhouden. Jeu de Boules wedstrijden in de maand mei-juni geweldig; ook de sfeer op de camping was heel goed. Dorp St Jean du Gard prachtig en op korte fiets afstand (3 km). Verdere fietstochten vielen iets tegen, zeker voor oudere mensen. Kort en krachtig: een geweldige camping.

Mooie camping, het was dit jaar onze derde keer op Mas de la Cam. Een andere camping moet voor ons minstens zo goed zijn als deze en die zijn moeilijk te vinden. Er was in juli inderdaad geluidshinder door enkele jonge tieners. Er waren kinderen die met hun boot in de douche gingen, maar ik ben getuige geweest van een campingbeheerder die daar op inging. Zij gingen zorgvuldig met klachten van kampeerders om en waakten over de rust op de camping. Wij lagen dit jaar aan een doorgang van de kantine naar de kampeerplaatsen en ik heb op 3 weken tijd maar 1 keer gedacht dat er 's avonds te veel lawaai was. Wij blijven zeer tevreden en zullen zeer waarschijnlijk volgend jaar terugkeren.

Een mooie goed verzorgde camping aan een riviertje. Camping heeft veel bloemen en prachtige beplanting. Er is één heel mooi en modern sanitair gebouw en 2 ietwat gedateerde gebouwen.
Prima zwembad met hele fijne ligbedden, mooie sport accomodaties voor de sportievelingen en jeugd. Omgeving erg mooi en leuke plaatsen in de buurt. Prijs ietwat aan de hoge kant.

Mooie camping, vriendelijk personeel, zwembad en rivier geweldig en een goed restaurant.
Minpuntjes: druk verkeer over de camping op sommige plekken, dus als je lekker in de zon ligt voor je voortent komt er nog al eens een auto voorbij zodat je in de uitlaatgassen ligt.
Ook zijn de staanplaatsen wel ruim, maar dicht op elkaar zodat het wel een beetje vol overkomt.
Het kwam regelmatig voor dat het warme water onvoldoende was bij het douchen en bij het afwassen was het een paar keer echt koud.
Door de ongelukkige toiletrolhouders wordt er veel papier stukgetrokken waardoor de wc's binnen de kortste keren zeer rommelig zijn.
Al met al een goede camping, maar prijs kwaliteit is niet helemaal ok.
