Im Juni 2011 besuchten wir diesen Campingplatz um uns den Ort Carteret anzuschauen. Wir verbrachten den Abend in Carteret, kehrten bereits kurz vor 22 Uhr auf den Campingplatz zurück. Um 22 Uhr wollten wir uns im Sanitärbereich für die Nacht ferigmachen (nicht Duschen). Dort erwartete uns im Dunkeln die Patronin und verwies uns strikt innerhalb 5 Minuten dies zu erledigen (einschließlich Zähne putzen!). Dies war für uns eine unglaubliche Frechtheit. Es war nirgendwo (nicht im Büro, nicht im Sanitärbereich) darauf hingewiesen, daß um 22 Uhr geschlossen wird. Wie soll man sich den Ort anschauen, einen netten Abend verbringen und dann für die Nacht erfrischen. Vielleicht sollte ich bereits abgeschmink bummeln gehen. Der Sanitärbereich sowie die Elektrokästen sind total veraltet.
Wir sind sehr enttäuscht wietergefahren!

Prima rustige camping, met speeltuin, jeu de boules bak en tafeltennistafel. Geen muntjes voor de altijd warme douche. Schitterend uitgestrekt groot strand, op 1 km. 10 minuten fietsen naar boven. Bovendien ook nog beveiligd kleiner strand op het zuiden op loop afstand. Leuk vissersdorpje met plezierjachthaven en vissershaven, leuke boetiekjes. Komen al sinds 1978 op deze camping, ook met (kleine) kinderen, pubers en jong volwassenen hier geweest
