Na 3 jaar, tegen alle gewoontes in, weer Le Haget aan gedaan. Het voelde als thuis komen op deze oase van rust. Wat een camping, wat een gastvrijheid. TOP !
Een groot compliment voor de uitbaters en personeel die allen op de achtergrond aanwezig zijn maar perfect aanvoelen wat je wil of niet wil. En inderdaad, het sanitair zou eens gemodeniseerd kunnen worden maar vergeet niet dat deze de charmes van de Orangerie herbergt. Dus geen muziek uit het plafond en marmer maar eenvoudig en schoon. De camping? De mooiste en ruimste plekken die we ooit zagen.
Tot een volgende keer want terug gaan we zeker weer een keer.

Zou deze locatie voor onszelf moeten houden en niet delen met de een ieder. Dit is voor ons zoals een camping in Frankrijk moet zijn. Alles valt op zijn plaats. Sanitair kan beter, maar is schoon.

De plaatsen zijn groot, het park is prachtig en de omgeving is mooi om te wandelen. Fietsen is zwaar. Het restaurant was helaas gesloten. Om rustige dagen door te brengen (in juni) is het een prima optie. Men mag wat actiever zijn in het promoten ter plekke van de mogelijkheden.

Na 17 jaar deze camping weer bezocht. Ingang is nu verplaatst waardoor er nog meer rust is. Enorme plaatsen tot 300 vierkante meter en altijd wel een plaats in de zon dan wel in de schaduw te vinden. Restaurant prima en ligging van terras maakt een en ander nog aangenamer. Nadeel is dat voor elementaire boodschappen naar Mirande (16 kilometer) gereden moet worden. Alleen brood is verkrijgbaar op camping. Zeer vriendelijk personeel.

Wat een fraai en verrassend terrein zo midden in de Gers. Mooie kasteelcampings zijn er dus niet alleen langs de Loire. En waar kan je op een camping zo lekker eten voor een heel redelijke prijs? Kortom: een aanrader.
