From the D952 cross the bridge at Les Rosiers towards Gennes. Afterwards head in the direction of Coutures. Well marked.

Eric and his young staff were very friendly and there were plenty of very large pitches to choose from. The indoor swimming pool was excellent but sadly for the young children on site, the children's pool with water slides was not open. Even though the site information suggested that it should have been. The Chateau was not open to visit, but there was plenty to do locally, and cyclists were well catered for with some lovely,safe routes by the river around Gennes/Saumar.

The site was noisey on occassions, with large groups arriving for just an evening or two. Toilet facilities were good, but the water was always cold and hands driers in both blocks were broken or turned off. One other disappointment was that the ice-creams, purchased at reception, were obviously last seasons. The were soft and had melted and been refrozen. We were unexpectedly given 7 nights for the cost of 6.

Wij hebben erg genoten met onze drie kinderen onder de 4. Zwembad is omheind en afgescheiden van het peuterbad. Kinderen hebben genoten van het Nederlandse animatieteam. Wij hadden een stacaravan met een enorme ruimte ervoor. Vooral voor kleine kinderen is deze camping een aanrader. Voor pubers vinden we deze camping minder geschikt. 's Avonds word je naar je tent gestuurd na ongeveer 23:00 uur. Dan is het stil op de camping.

Prima ontvangst, zeer ruime plaatsen, midgetgolf was buitengebruik. Jammer dat wij in juni niets van het kasteel konden zien of bezoeken. Gelegen in een geweldig mooi park, met heerlijk zwembad, gaan zeker nog eens terug. Leuk dat er Nederlandse stagiares waren.

In de mei-vakantie hier 2 nachten doorgebracht in een tent. Mooie grote plaatsen, parkachtig terrein. Nieuw speelmateriaal voor de kinderen. Goed sanitair, goed schoon gehouden. Zeer vriendelijk eigenaarsechtpaar. Is ons erg goed bevallen en we willen nog wel eens terug, maar dan een beetje langer. Ook de mobile-homes hebben riante plekken. Mooie omgeving.
