Very friendly and helpful reception staff, very much the big organisation sort of campsite, good surroundings but the bar is very overpriced and the food was poor, which is a shame for such a perfectly placed terrace with such wonderful views.
It would be nice if just one plat du jour could be provided that is home cooked
Also the systme of charging for Wifi was complicated and a bit mean as nearly all sites provide it for free
Laudable if they provide employment for people with disabilities

We konden zelf een plek van de lijst uitzoeken. Achteraf bleek deze plek de volgende dag al gereserveerd te zijn, dit had beter aangegeven kunnen worden. Hierdoor maar 1 nacht gebleven. Op fietsafstand van Saumur

Sehr netter Empfang, schön und ruhig gelegener Platz hoch über der Loire, mit Aussicht! Nicht weit von Saumur, also gut gelegen für einen Stadtbesuch. Plätze grasig, nicht sandig.

De camping is mooi gelegen en je hebt een prachtig uitzicht over het Loire-dal. Alleen de prijs-kwalititeit verhouding laat te wensen over. Hoewel er is aan gegeven dan restaurant/bar en winkel pas open is vanaf 17 juni wegen de voordelen niet op tegen de prijs in vergelijking met andere campings in de Campingcard gids. Bij de receptie is dan wel brood verkrijgbaar, maar de receptioniste kan lachend vertellen dan het op is en er niets meer te verkrijgen is. Terwijl bij check in aangengeven is dat brood verkrijgbaar is en niet besteld hoefde te worden. Verhuur van fietsen is mogelijk, alleen niet voor volwassen, het zijn namelijk kleine modelen voor jongeren. Er zijn twee fietsen voor volwassen, alleen een met een lekke band en die kan niet gemaakt worden, omdat me de spullen niet voorraadig heeft. Jammer!

Prachtig uitzicht vanaf de iets duurdere panorama plaatsen. Die overigens niet veel bieden voor een zonaanbidder, dan zijn er betere plaatsen op deze camping. Camping wordt netjes bijgehouden en de plaatsen zijn ruim. Goede gelegenheid om uitstapjes te doen in de regio.
