Drive from Nantes to Noirmoutier. Cross the bridge to the island (or the Gois when the water is below sea level). At the roundabout turn in the direction of 'La Guérinière'. Camp site is situated immediately on the roundabout.

Een mooie camping op een prachtige plek. Ideaal om met kinderen naar toe te gaan. Het sanitair is erg schoon en verzorgd. Personeel doet er alles aan om het de gasten naar de zin te maken. Omdat de camping in een duingebied ligt zijn de plekken soms zanderig. Aanrader!!!

Wij waren er van eind mei tot half juni 2009 en hadden een hele goede tijd. Lekker vrij en geen stacaravans maar leuke tenten. dit was weer eens echt camperen. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk.Heerlijk om te fietsen. echt vakantie en wij zullen volgend jaar deze camping zeker weer bezoeken.

Wij zijn daar al jaren geweest voor heen was het een leuke gezelige camping met hele leuke beheerders maar sind vorig jaar is er andere beheerder gekomen. Het was vorig jaar al een vreemde toestand maar wij dachten misschien zijn die mensen iets veranderd en gaan we nog maar eens kijken, we wilde 3 weken gaan maar het is maar 4 dagen geworden we waren blij dat we daar weg gingen en we komen er ook nooit meer terug zo lang die vreemde snuiters daar het beheer hebben. Het is prijs technisch ook de duurste camping van heel het eiland. Wij komen daar al van af 1975 , nu staan we in Babatre veel gezeliger ook het ontvangst is daar veel beter normale mensen die ook met mensen om kunnen gaan.

Nogmaals terug gegaan naar deze camping.
Er is heel erg hard gewerkt aan het sanitair en de openbare gebouwen. In plaats van wat stacaravans zijn er wat leuke tenten gekomen(onder andere: tippies). Er wordt met hart en ziel gezorgd om de campeerders het naar hun zin te maken.

Een leuke camping vlak aan zee. Even een klein duintje over en je bent aan het strand. Ook is er een mooie baai. Hier is bij laag water veel te vissen, zoals schelpdieren en garnalen. Op de camping staan geen mobilhomes meer. De plaatsen zijn ruim. Er zijn plaatsen met veel schaduw, zonder schaduw en alles ertussenin. Ook is er een supermarkt naast de camping. Wandelen naar het dorp is mogelijk. Op het eiland is het lekker fietsen. Passage du Gois is een beleving. Dat is de route door zee naar het continent.
