We usually stay at CampingCard sites, but took a bit of a gamble on this place due to its location.
The staff could not have been more helpfull - giving lots of pro-active advice about the area etc. The people on reception spoke excellent English too.....
Pitch sizes were ok. Loos/showers were actually being tidied up when we were there, although they didn't really need it. Always seemed to be somebody cleaning them too..... I must admit the only problem for me was the experience of being in the loo with some old bloke next door - as the loos, showers etc. are mixed........
Anyway - we are going back there in June and will hopefully get to use the pool, which was unfortunately closed when we were there as it was September....

This is a great site for young and old. The swimming pool, with numerous loungers looked very inviting, but closed a few days before we arrived. The girl on reception was excellent and most helpful. Our pitch was on a slope, but in the sun and beside the Boules court. There was a play park for the kids and tennis courts next door. the Somme esturay and the lovely ville are within walking distance, where you can take a trip on a steam train to the neighbouring towns. We are going back!!!

Mooie camping met wel veel vakantiewoningen.
Winkelartikelen zeer prijzig.Schitterende omgeving om te fietsen en wandelen.Ligging dicht bij het centrum van Valery sur somme.

Ondanks het slechte weer kon dit een mooie vakantie voor ons geweest zijn. Zeer verzorgde camping, alle nodige accomodatie, leuk personeel, enz. Tijdens de eerste nacht werden wij om 3 uur wakker door 2 stomdronken jongelui die onze nieuwe tent bijna volledig vernield hebben. Doordat ze zich op de schuine kant gegooid hebben waren 4 van de 8 stokken stuk. Gelukkig sliepen we langs de andere kant. De dag erna hielp de conciërge ons met het herstellen van onze tent en de security de volgende nachten om continu jongelui van onze tent weg te houden. Amper 2 nachten van de 7 heb ik enkele uurtjes kunnen slapen. Om 22u was het nooit stil, om 24u ook niet altijd en om 3 uur 's nachts zaten nog kinderen in groepjes ambetant te doen. Hun ouders vonden dit dan ook nog compleet normaal. Dit moet een zeer goede camping zijn voor de vaste Franse kampeerders. Maar ik zag dat de jongeren ook andere buitenlandse kampeerders lastig vielen. Dit was een stressvakantie! Dank aan de conciërge en de security!

Prettige camping - wel veel stacaravans - aardig personeel. Mooie omgeving vooral ook om te fietsen langs de kust en in het binnenland. Een bezoek aan het Vogelpark is zeker de moeite waard.
