Vanwege de ligging aan het (zwem)meer, met watersportmogelijkheden en tussen twee nationale parken in gekozen voor deze camping. Gelukkig was de camping niet vol waardoor we de eerste twee weken nog warm hebben kunnen douchen. Gecanyond en geraft vanaf de camping en prima doorverwezen voor airboat kayakken. Fantastische wandeltochten gemaakt in beide parken, nog lang niet uitgekeken. Wij komen terug.

Een typisch franse camping. Zeer eenvoudig met goed sanitair wat keurig wordt schoongehouden. Camping is zeer centraal gelegen voor uitstapjes en rond de camping zijn ook leuke dingen te bezichtigen. Fantastisch zwemwater bij de camping. Lekker van temp. en schoon. Naast de camping stroomt de rivier de Durance, ideaal voor uren speelplezier. Bij de camping een marmotten gebied met boven op de berg een oud vestingsstadje. Achter de camping een schitterende kalksteen fontein en iets verder een heet waterbron. Prachtig wandelgebied. Vanaf de camping prachtig uitzicht op de bergen. Onze kinderen van 2 tot 14 jaar hebben genoten van deze eenvoudige camping. Brood en klein winkeltje op de camping. Grote supermarkten op 3 km afstand. Wij gaan deze zomer weer terug. Een besliste aanrader voor de eenvoudige kampeerder. Nabij Parc des Ecrin en Quiras en de Italiaanse grens.
