Campsite Les Pins Parasols

Wat een herrie! In het vervolg beter opletten heren inspecteurs. 's Middags ongelooflijk veel lawaai van crossbrommertjes op 100 meter verderop. 's Avonds tot zeer laat herrie van de tegenover gelegen camping. Dag en nacht rumoer van de weg en snelweg. Kleine slechte plaatsen. 's Avonds word je op de receptie ontvangen door agressieve waakhonden en dito personeel. Waren er na een paar dagen weg.

My family and I first visited this site when our children were very young and found it to be very relaxing and good for our family. After trying other sites after this one we were always drawn back to les Pins Parasol and their friendly staff. My children are now a lot older but still enjoy visiting this site. This site is what I would call a tradtional family site, i.e. if you want to go on a camping holiday to be with your children and family and have an enjoyable holiday then you should be more than happy if you are looking for nurseries or child care and on site funfair or hotel style accomodation then this is maybe not for you. The camp site has vasts amounts of people who return year after year and this in my eyes speaks volumes. Those who complain usual did not read the rules and break them and are dissapointed when they are brought to task over it, so my advice is, read the rules and enjoy.

Ons plan was er met de camper om 2 dagen te gaan staan het zijn er 12 geworden. Restaurant zeer goede kok, je kan er veel meer bestellen dat er op de kaart staat. Mooie grote plaatsen, privé sanitair. Volgend jaar weer.

Udmærket campingplads hvor alle tilstedeværende faciliteter må siges at være ok. Ligger ideelt for mange spændende udflugter. I særdeleshed en god pool. Mindre egnet for teenagebørn. Ligger ved meget trafikkeret vej uden fortorv, så alt færdsel væk fra pladsen bør kun ske i bil.

This is a large site with a great pool, the sanitary facilities, which were cleaned several time a day were good, if perhaps a little worn, so no need to pay extra for the private ones. The owner was very pleasant, and was up in minutes to reset the electrics when we blew them. She jokingly told me to forget tea in the morning and to drink more wine. All the staff we met were very helpful and friendly. The hand book lists the supply at 10 amps but if you read the large sign at reception it says 6 amps. We had a huge open pitch, and in consideration that you are somewhere hot and dry the total lack of grass is to be expected. The lower shaded sites have grass. The site whilst not a long way from the town and coast is on a busy road for cycling or walking, but there are plenty of cycle tracks as you get towards the town. We did not try the bar or restaurant, so I can't comment apart from saying I looked at the prices, and chose self catering.
