Stadtnaher Platz, Ellwangen ist sehr gut zu Fuß oder Fahrrad erreichbar. Lage direkt am Jagsttalradweg. Sanitär in Containern aber sauber und alles vorhanden. Stellplätze groß und parzelliert.

Prima Lage in Fußgängerentfernung zum Altstadt-Zentrum, aber laut (Bahnlinie, Straßen). Für Wohnmobile stehen nur einige kleine, schattenlose Plätze neben der Einfahrt zur Verfügung, da die anderen, größeren und teilweise schattigen Plätze angeblich nicht genügend Bodenfestigkeit aufweisen. Die besten Stellplätze sind ohnehin von Dauercampern belegt. Anlage besticht durch schöen, gepflegten Rasen. Das Ufer der Jagst ist durchgehend mit Büschen bewachsen und das ist gut so (dreckiges, fast stehendes Wasser).
Durch die günstige Lage zur Autobahn ist der Camping bestens geeignet als Durchgangsplatz.

Geweldige camping -mooie plek om te staan voor een paar dagen maar ook voor langer (uitstapjes+fietsen)
En deze camping rekend 15 euro per nacht all-in en geen cent meer... Wij zijn dit niet eerder tegen gekomen !! Tot ziens groeten uit Twello.

Prima camping met ruime standplaatsen. Goede douches (met echt warm water), schoon sanitair. Goeie tussenstop naar Italië, ogeveer op 600 kilometer van Nederland en 600 kilometer van het Gardameer, maar ook goede plaats om langer te blijven. Opletten bij het zoeken: op het laatst is de ingang maar met een klein bordje aangegeven. Goed toegankelijk voor alle campers an caravans.

Wij zijn twee keer op de camping geweest. Een keer in 2005 voor 4 weken en ook een keer in 2006 voor 4 weken. Het is er zeer rustig rond die tijd. De omgeving is er zeer mooi en men kan er zeer mooie fiets- of autotochten maken. Ellwangen heeft veel goede restaurants waar men goed kan eten.
