Der Platz macht trotz der schönen Lage einen etwas antiquierten, wenn nicht gar vernachlässigten (abplatzende Farbanstriche an Gebäuden und Einrichtungen, grosse Löcher in der asphaltierten Zufahrt, fehlende Randsteine) Eindruck und entsprach nicht unsern Vorstellungen für einen Kurzurlaube (31.3.-5.4.08) mit Womos. Die Mitarbeiter hingegen freundlich, zuvorkommend und mit Rat und Tat zur Stelle (Infos, Gästekarte, Brötchenservice, Auskünfte etc.) Der Platz und die Sanitäranlagen wurden sauber gereinigt und funktionierten einwandfrei. Trotzdem würde man sich wünschen, dass der Platzbetreiber dem Erscheinungsbild mehr Aufmerksamkeit (Investitionen) zukommen liesse. Die Region und ihre Menschen hätten es verdient.
