This is a very family-centred campsite. Its very near the motorway, so there's a lot of passing trade, we found that this made for a lively fun atmosphere in the evenings as people were swapping stories about where they had been and where they were going. The lake is warm for swimming and there are a variety of boats, surf boards, etc. for free use by the campers. There are bikes, scooters, go karts also for free. The playground is suited to younger kids but there is a trampoline and table tennis table for older ones. The bar/restaurant area is by the lake. There is also a shop selling caravan supplies and the owner can carry out repairs on caravans. The ony downsides with this site are, that it does have road noise as its very near the road and there are also many rules, ie you must have a key to open the toilet block and use water taps, Quiet after 10 pm and between 12 and 2 pm. Sanitary block is spotless and showers excellent. Theres plenty to see and do near this site. recommended.

Surprisingly on booking for a two night stay we had to pay 20€ deposit before we could get full confirmation of the dates, then on arrival were charged a 3€ admin fee. In addition this is ACSI inspected but does not participate in the ACSI out of season offer. This should not detract from the quality of the site, everything you could possibly want: dream showers, bikes and cars for children, a library, WiFi (at 1€/hour a bit pricey), even free liquid to add to the chemical toilet when you empty) and beautiful surroundings. Tip: If you use the bus to go into Augsburg then it's worth walking one stop nearer the town since you are then in a different 'zone' and you can save 8€ on a day ticket for two. Note that the last bus from Augsburg is around 21.45 during the week - cost of a taxi? Around 15€.

Mooi camping voor een paar dagen niet voor langer het is er een komen en gaan van mensen die er een nacht staan mooie zwemvijver schoon sanitair.

Sehr schöner Durchgangsplatz mit guten Sanitäranlagen.Ordentliche Stellplätze, besonders am See sehr schön. Gute Küche, feundliches Personal. Uns hat es so gut gefallen, dass wir einige Tage dort geblieben sind. Augsburg war mit dem Fahrrad gut zu erreichen.

Very friendly and well run campsite, facilities excellent and very clean. Boats, surf boards etc for the children in the lake, trampoline and ping pong available also. Only had an overnight stop here but was told about the supermarket and restaurant etc. Would recommend this site to anyone visiting this area, well worth a visit.
