Mooie nieuwe camping op en prachtige centrale plaats tussen de stad Eschwege en de verschillende kleine historische plaatsjes daarom heen. Zeer geschikt om te fietsen en te wandelen je vind er echt alles in de omgeving. Wij waren er in september en hebben rond het meer gefietst daar vind je veel openbaar fruit zoals pruimen en appels je kunt echt je hele vakantie daar je fruit zelf plukken.

Enige minpuntje vonden wij dat er op de camping met meer dan 200 plaatsen maar 6 douches waren voor de heren en 6 douches voor de dames verdeeld over 2 sanitairgebouwtjes de eerlijkheid gebied mij echter ook te zeggen dat wij niet één keer hebben moeten wachten om naar het toilet of naar de douche te kunnen gaan terwijl het toch behoorlijk druk was op de camping. Ik kan deze camping zeker aanraden bij iedereen die van fietsen/wandelen en van bezichtigingen houd.

De camping heeft een zeer mooie ligging. Prachtige natuur en alles bij de hand. We komen hier zeker nog een keer terug, alleen niet als het Open Flair festival er is (gaf nogal veel overlast).

Goede camping, mooie omgeving. 10 minuten lopen naar Eschwege leuk gezellig oud stadje. leuke terrasjes veel winkels, gewoon gezellig. voor hondenliefhebbers voldoende mogelijkheden

Vlakbij de stad, ca 10 min lopen. Zwemmogelijkheid in het meer. Ook hier sport en spel mogelijk. Basketbal, volleybal, voetbal en tafeltennis. Grote plaatsen, sanitair alleen toegankelijk met sleutel, waarschijnlijk om niet campeerders te weren.
