Mooie omgeving maar douches niet van deze tijd. Aan en uitkleden in ruimte voor de douches. Er hangt daar ook een riool lucht. Toiletten zijn prima en schoon.

In het week-end zeer luidruchtig. Vaste plaatsen en huisjes vaak bewoond door "Tokkieniveau". Trekkersvelden tussen dijken waardoor geïsoleerd en geen uitzicht/overzicht.

Slecht sanitair met zeer weinig privacy. Passanten worden op een veldje gezet tussen dijken met maar een electra aansluitpunt waardoor iedereen op elkaar gaat staan. Omgeving is prachtig.

Er wordt zorg gedragen dat te allen tijde de gasten op de camping ontvangen kunnen worden, ook als er niemand aanwezig in de receptie.
Je kunt er heerlijk rustig slapen en donker is echt donker: je staat midden in de bossen, met een mooi meer om in te zwemmen of te varen en vissen.
Voor wandelaars een paradijs met goed aangegeven wandelroutes in kleurcode.
Ook de omgeving is rijk voorzien van historische plekken die de moeite van het bezoeken waard zijn. De inwoners in Harz zijn behulpzaam en gezellig. En tot slot voor de stoomtreinliefhebbers, een droom van stoom.
