We were there for 1 day. Service was very friendly and helpful. For the overnight staying it's a very nice place.

We only stayed 1 night - on our way from Poland to the UK - and would certainly recommend the site. We had booked a tent pitch and would have been quite happy with what was available but when we saw the Camping Huts we were able to change to one of these. Basic accommodation - an L shaped sleeping platform, bedding supplied, 2 chairs and a table - but very clean and comfortable, and just right for an overnight stop: and, I'm sure, for a longer stay. Communal barbeques and picnic tables and a porch to sit in outside the hut. The restaurant was excellent. Good food and service. I'm sure the waitress had more English than my German but she was gracious enough to indulge my efforts with the phrase book and left us with a feeling of accomplishment as well as satisfied stomachs. We would like to visit again for a longer time and see some of the local attractions.

Een rustig gelegen camping op hooguit 2 kilometer van de autobaan (A 72). De camping ligt aan een stuwmeer met recreatie & welness. Een goede uitvalbasis voor een bezoek aan Chemnitz en omgeving, maar evengoed wandelingen en tochten in het naast gelegen woud met onder andere een dierpark.
Er zijn heel wat vaste kampeerders, maar een zeer goede sfeer in wat wij omschreven als ons “indianenkamp”.

De plaatsen zijn niet afgebakend en kunnen flink hellen. Er is een 6 ampere stroomaansluiting (CEE) en enkele verspreide watertappunten. Het sanitair is functioneel (warm water dat ook vlot wordt afgevoerd) en netjes. Er is echter geen verwarming, tenminste zeker niet voelbaar of zichtbaar. Op de camping is geen wifi, noch internetmogelijkheid.
