This campsite was very good. Once we booked in we were led straight to our site, although it was very awkwardly laid out. The toilet facilities were located quite closely to our tents and were excellent. There were many showers and a huge group of toilets; we were never left waiting, even in the early morning. There is a restaurant/bar just 200yards from the campsite which was small but welcoming. There was also a small shop on site which our group used regularly as it supplied all necessities. On-site was a burger bar. The view of Ben Nevis was superb from any area of the campsite and the surroundings were always peaceful and beautiful, even when the weather wasn't.

This was my first camping expeience in my nearly 31 years of being on this planet and on the whole it was excellent! The camp site was clean and tidy with excellent toilet and shower facilities. The camp pitch itself was ideal for our small 3 man tent. Although I have no other experience to compare this to, I thought the price was very reasonable. The only problem we encountered was finding healthy food to eat, as we had forgotten our stove (dur!). In the camp site and surrounding area, mainly junk food is offered with no real alternative. Overall, a great experience though and I can't wait to go somewhere else!
