Een leuke gezinscamping. De vijver op de camping doet het goed. Voor zeer kleine kinderen gevaarlijk, omdat het diep kan zijn. Men kan door de schaapsweide langs de zeer drukke weg naar het dorp Ripley, met zijn bezienswaardigheden, lopen. Knaresborough, Haregate de Brimrocks en Pately Bridge zijn het bezoeken waard.

We selected this site due to its approximation to the Ripley Castle Show on 14 August, which happened to be a brilliant day and well worth the day visit and all within walking distance of the campsite. The campsite, although very busy was well spaced and child friendly. The indoor pool we did not use. There is another larger Harrogate pool 10 mins drive down the road. The site is large and very well maintained, cut grass etc. Extra 50p charge for credit/debit card. £20 reservation charge. £92 for 4 nights incl. porch awning, plus £6 for each child over 3yrs. Supervision of children is not strictly enforced. A group of young boys were wandering around with a caterpult on one day - not good. Overall the camp-site is recommended, but you take your chances during the school holidays.

Zeer vriendelijk en vrolijk personeel.
Leuke wandelroute (alleen voor de camping gebruikers) tussen de schaapsweide naar het dorp Riply.
Mooie vijver, groot succes bij de kleine kinderen.

Excellent campsite, we have satyed here in a motor home, caravan and tent and it's the best campsite I have ever satyed at.
