Dit jaar werd het sanitair heel goed onderhouden, zelden zo'n schone camping gezien op Kreta. De afgelopen jaren is deze camping enorm verbeterd. Niet zozeer vernieuwd, maar gewoon goed onderhouden. Een plaats om ieder jaar terug te keren!

Avec ou sans véhicule se camping est très bien. Ok, le douche c'est pas le top mais c'est assez pour se laver. Wc propre, machine à laver en bon état, piscine ok . Un petit moin mais c'est pour le chemin le long de la mer juste en dessous ou il y a plein de déchets plastic .Proche du magazin et bar pour manger et boire. Bref j'y ai passé une bonne semaine de mois d'août 2010. Sans le lycée français qui passait là, ma semaine était parfaite .

Rustige camping, direct aan zee (er kan niet gezwommen worden wegens de rotsen) op 15 minuten afstand lopen van het dorp SiSiou. De camping is niet erg schaduwrijk. De plaatsen zijn ruim en goed afgebakend. Boven sommige plaatsen hangt een net, bedoeld als zonnescherm. Sanitair is zeer gedateerd, maar het wordt goed onderhouden. Warm water is er zowel in de douches als bij de (af-)wasbakken. Eigen vervoer is niet per sé noodzakelijk. Algemene indruk: als je het sanitair voor lief neemt, is het een plezierige camping.

Nice and quiet camping, where you can set your tent a few meters from the sea. Nice and clean swimming pool. Unfortunately, the toilets and showers should be renewed and because of the rocks there is a really hard access to the sea. To conclude: a nice place to stay.

Er zijn schaduwrijke plekken, veel met uitzicht op de zee. Vanwege de rotskust is het helaas onmogelijk om hier het water in te gaan. Het zwembad ligt ook direct aan zee. Er is een kiosk waar je ijs of een kleine lunch kunt bestellen. Ook is het mogelijk om hier iets te drinken. Op de camping is het erg rustig; er is geen lawaai van naburige accommodaties.

De kampeerplekken zijn royaal. Wij waren er in juli 2008 en toen was de camping voor circa 1/4 deel bezet. Bij volle bezetting is het de vraag of het sanitair voldoende is. Het sanitair is oud, maar wordt keurig schoongehouden. Waarschijnlijk wordt er in de winter 2008/2009 geïnvesteerd in sanitair en zwembad. De eigenaar is zeer vriendelijk en probeert het zijn gasten op alle mogelijke manieren naar de zin te maken. Vanaf de camping loop je in circa 15 minuten over een voetpad langs de kust naar het dorpje Sisi.
Daar vind je restaurants en cafés, maar ook een goed gesorteerde supermarkt. Op de camping kan gebruik worden gemaakt van een steenoven.
