Best not stay here if you want a peaceful night. The site is noisy, vulgar, dirty and the staff do not seem to care about visitors. This is an entertainment complex with scant regard for its campers.

This campsite should not be open in the winter. It fails to provide the basic facilities. Only one pitch was available: all the remainder were covered in bonfire ash, leaves and twigs.
The showers and toilets were very dirty and had not been cleaned for many weeks: doors did not lock, there were no seats on the toilets and no paper.
The chemical toilet was in a disgusting state and there was no motorhome service point.

Drinking water was available at only one tap, outside reception. The camp kitchen offered ‘drinking water’ but it was closed and the door locked.
The laundry room contained dirty cracked stone sinks, with no plugs. The three washing machines were locked, with a sign ‘for private use only’. The Receptionist said there was no washing machine for touring campers, as ‘they did not need one’.
WiFi internet was unavailable. Staff did not care, the site was totally neglected, facilities filthy and the price too high. Not even a sea view over the high hedges.

Geweldige camping. Mooi strand met gratis ligbedden. Erg mooi kinderbad. De beachbar is best prijzig, ongeveer het dubbele als in het naastgelegen beachrestaurant.Het sanitair is door achterstallig onderhoud smerig.

A high class camping just outside Kavala city. Beautiful beach excellent facilities and friendly people. The restaurants inside serve a variety of different menus all year around. There is a beach bar and a club. Utilities for children and a swimming pool. Nice shading from elms oaks and pines. Clean facilities (most of the time – some exceptions on high season weekends).Because of its proximity to Kavala there is access to the hospital and other services (police, port authorities etc). It is very close to the port of Kavala where you can go for a one day visit to the island of Thasos. I strongly recommend it for families, couples, young people and as a transit point if you wish to visit Thasos.

Also, wir (4 Personen) waren August und September 2008 dort und haben uns "sau" wohl gefühlt. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und behandelt.
