Leider gab es, nach einem Besitzerwechsel vor 2 Jahren, seit 2008 weder ein Restaurant, noch eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit auf dem Platz. Zar gibt es die Möglichkeit in einem Hotel in der Nachbarschaft Brot einzukaufen, aber nur wenn man nicht später als 8:00 Uhr auf den Beinen ist. Die Sanitäranlagen sind, besonders in der HS, oft in einem beklagenswerten Zustand. Schattige Plätze gibt es immer seltener weil die Pflanzen sträflich vernachlässigt werden. Der Strand wird seit 2007 mit billigen Strohschirmen verstellt. Die Bojen, die den Schwimmerbereich vor den Jetskifahrern und Motorbooten schützten sind auch seit 2008 verschwunden. Ebenso die Regelung, das Motorboote nur in bestimmten Bereichen vor Anker gehen durften. Zusatzzelte dürfen (gegen extra Bezahlung) nicht in den vorderen Reihen aufgestellt werden.
Leider gibt es auch den Service der alten Besitzer nicht mehr, dass man vor aufziehenden Gewittern gewarnt wird. Nachts ist der Platz nicht unbewacht.
