Op de Caravana in Leeuwarden contact gehad met Hans. Hij heeft ons goed geinformeerd. De camping is ruim opgezet. Grote plaats. De omgeving is landelijk. Wel moet je voor boodschappen minimaal 13 km. rijden. Daar is een Spar, Lidl en volgende maand een grote Tesco. Budapest 100 km. Hans weet een gratis parkeerplaats in de stad. Je kunt dan met de metro verder. Pecs ook 90 km. Zondag markt! Fietsen kan, alleen de infrastruktuur ontbreekt. Dus uitkijken. Zwembad was stuk. Werd hard gewerkt om dit te herstellen. Balatonmeer 70 km. Puzta 100 km. Show is een aanrader. Via receptie te reserveren. Wij hebben genoten. Eten bij de boerin is zeer apart. Erg lekker maar geen culinair hoogstandje, dat is ons ook verteld.
Dagelijks verse broodjes en altijd een vriendelijk woord. Terug naar huis zijn we via de snelweg gereden. Dus via Budapest. Wij vonden dit comfortabeler reizen. Mede door het stralende weer en de hartelijkheid van Hans Liesbeth en Sarena Super vakantie gehad in Vajta.

De camping is mooi landelijk gelegen,met prachtige bossen in de omgeving waar vele soorten vogels, herten, reeen en wilde zwijnen voorkomen. Zelfs op de camping is het goed genieten van de natuur de ooievaars komen daar voor je tent. Op ongeveer 300 meter is het zwembad met thermaalbad. In de omligende dorpjes zijn langs de doorgaande wegen vele groente- en fruitkraampjes waar je voor enkele forinten producten kan kopen.

Vanaf de camping, op ongeveer 15 minuten rijden, ligt een natuurpark met vele soorten vogels, zoals de zeearend, visarend, reigers en ooievaars. Er is zoveel te zien en te doen, dat we ieder jaar weer terug komen op de camping met de caravan of en prachtig landhuis huren. Hongarije heeft een goede keuken, je kan in de restaurants goed eten en de kaart is vaak in het Engels of Duits vertaald. Op de camping staan de eigenaars altijd voor u klaar met een grote hoeveelheid aan informatie.

Het zwembad is op 500 meter lopen. Dit is bij de prijs inbegrepen. Zeer schoon sanitair. Er zijn hele ruime plaatsen met veel schaduwmogelijkheden. Men heeft ongeveer 100 vierkante meter per plaats en totaal geen "last" van de overburen door grote afstand. In overleg met de beheerder was veel mogelijk. Deze beheerder sprak Nederlands. Hier komen wij vast nog eens terug!

Goede camping, schoon sanitair, mooie omgeving. Maar veel bezienswaardigheden op min. 45 km. Zwembad is leuk, maar sanitair daar ruim onvoldoende.

Fijne camping, met zeer ruime plaatsen en voldoende schaduw. Zwembaden incl thermaalbad op 500 m buiten de camping. Sanitair zeer schoon.
