Een heel sympathieke camping aan het Balatonmeer. Het ligt niet zo (massa)toeristisch als de meeste andere campings rond het meer. Dit maakt wel dat er in de directe omgeving ook weinig is van winkeltjes en zo. Het oordeel over deze camping hangt dus sterk af van je eigen prioriteiten. Wij hadden een plaats direct aan het meer en dit was echt prachtig!

Rustige camping direct aan het Balatonmeer. Het meer is wel erg modderig. In voorseizoen is de prijs inclusief ontbijt! De mevrouw aan de receptie is behulpzaam en spreekt goed Engels. Soms is er ook een Nederlands sprekende bezetting op de receptie.

Een zeer rustige en leuke camping. Het sanitair is proper en het zwembad is ook netjes. Er is goed eten verkrijgbaar en het personeel is vriendelijk. Helaas vonden wij het meer niet zo goed om in te zwemmen.

Camping Eldorado ligt direct aan het meer, maar omdat daar stekelige waterplanten in zitten is het niet geschikt voor kleine kinderen. Voor grotere kinderen is het geen probleem. Er is een (klein) zwembad, dat geschikt is om af te koelen. Het sanitair is keurig en schoon. Er zijn ook sportvelden. Je kunt kiezen uit 2 maten plekken: groot is echt groot: netjes afgebakend met hegjes. Er is een restaurant met afhaalmogelijkheid en een winkeltje om de hoek. Eigenaresse erg aardig. Goede security: geeft goed gevoel. 2,5 uur van Budapest.
