War zum dritte Mal auf diesem Campingplatz. Leider hat er dieses Jahr stark nachgelassen. Die Sanitäranlagen waren verdreckt, die Pissoirs sind geschwommen. Das Restaurant hat zu Mittag und am Abend jeweils nur mehr 1 Stunde geöffnet (Essen immer noch ausgezeichnet). Die Bar sperrt morgens erst weit nach 8 Uhr auf - Frühstück vor einem Ausflug somit nicht mehr sinnvoll möglich. Die Strandbar war behördlich gesperrt. Schade um diesen wunderschönen Platz.

We komen al zo 20 jaar op deze camping, doen wij Italië aan, dan ook deze camping. Je weet wat je hebt. Het personeel kan nors zijn, maar als ze je eenmaal kennen zijn ze vriendelijk! Voor echt boodschappen doen moet je naar Salerno, dat kan een nadeel zijn, maar je wel gelijk een uitje. Het is een heerlijk, typisch Italiaans, zichzelf blijvende camping, gezellig, druk en zo authentiek. Wij houden van die sfeer! Dit kun je alleen nog in Zuid-Italie vinden volgens ons, boven Rome zitten teveel toeristen. Het is geen erg luxe camping, maar je hebt er alles, en het is schoon. Van goed weer ben je verzekerd, we hebben nog NOOIT slecht weer gehad! Cultuurschatten in overvloed in de omgeving. Aanrader;dagje Napels, Vesuvius, Pompei, Amalfi-kust berijden en natuurlijk Paestum zelf! Dit jaar gaan we weer voor 3 weken, we kijken er alweer naar uit......

Best site in the area, but traffic noise from the nearby road. Pool fantastic but the showers could have been much hotter. Not a problem when the weather was hot, but on the coller days, having a shower was not a plesant experience! Shower blocks modern and excellent, but they were cleaned in the morning when they were in use and the tiled floors were left swimming in water, which left them very slippy and dangerous. Restaurant when open was excellent, as was the daily fresh bread. Very helpful staff who spoke English and French.
Dogs had to be taken away from the site for a walk and the surrounding area was not good for this. Nearby beach was a huge disappointment, but Pompeii and the temples at Paestum more than made up for this.

Als doorgangscamping prima. (Te) veel vaste plaatsen met Italianen die er voornamelijk in het weekend komen maar dan ook erg nadrukkelijk aanwezig zijn. Stug personeel, restaurant was niet open in verband met de bruiloft.

De camping heeft alles maar raakt in verval.
Het sanitair van de heren functioneerde niet naar behoren. Alleen de potten werden schoongemaakt, maar de deuren, muren en plankjes in de douches werden vergeten.
Het restaurant bechikt over een zeer kleine kaart en je kunt er niets afhalen.
Er is 's avonds geen disco maar een soort streetdance met elke avond dezelfde liedjes en dansjes. Het zwembad is goed verzorgd, maar de glijbaan doet het niet.
De camping plaatsen zijn groot en schaduwrijk.
Het strand wordt gescheiden door een drukke weg en na 20.00 uur is de bewaking weg en dan is het ook niet verstandig om het strand te bezoeken i.v.m. criminaliteit.
Het animatieteam spreekt alleen italiaans en doen ook geen moeite om buitenlandse kinderen te betrekken bij de activiteiten.
Als doorgangscamping is deze camping prima geschikt.
