We kwamen rond 13:30 uur aan en de slagboom was dicht tot 15 uur. De conciërge zag ons wel maar deed of ze blind was. Even later khwam er een andere kampeerder aan en die is maar weggereden want die had geen zin om te wachten. Het sanitair was ondermaats, koud en geen plaats om je kleren te leggen in de douche.

Dieser Platz hat sehr schöne Stellplätze, das Schwimmbad ist super, die Lage direkt am Lago super. Aber: die Toiletten/Waschgebäude müssten überholt werden und sauberer sein.

Would not accept ACSI Camping Card so had to pay full price for 1 night, we were going to stay a couple of days but moved on. Excellent hot water & pitch right on lake shore.

De omgeving is prachtig.
De camping heeft redelijke plaatsen maar daar is ook het meeste mee gezegd.
Het sanitair is erg verouderd, al wordt het schoongemaakt, het lijk erg vies. Kleine douches, zonder 'droge' hangruimte.
Het strand is een grote modderbende waardoor je niet in het meer kunt zwemmen bij de camping. Wanneer je aan het water staat heb je een prachtig uitzicht. Totdat er ineens mensen voor je worden gezet terwijl het een recreatieveld is. Maar 'deze camping is nooit vol' wordt er door de eigenaar gezegd.

Zeer mooie ligging aan het Lago Maggiore. Helaas is er geen gelegenheid om er te zwemmen vanaf de camping: het 'strand' is een modderpoel. Het sanitair is matig en vaak kapot (koude douche). Plaatsen zijn niet heel groot, maar wel met veel schaduw. Houd rekening met de regels op de camping: siesta van 13 tot 15 uur. Dan gaat de slagboom niet omhoog. Echt niet! Zelfs niet bij 13.01 uur.
Iedere avond is er disco. Als je ver vanaf het restaurant staat heb je er niet veel last van. Er is een speeltuin voor kleine kinderen, maar deze is niet zo goed onderhouden en niet echt veilig.
Kortom, een goede camping als je niet te veel eisen hebt en je neer kunt leggen bij regels die nogal star zijn. Als je hogere eisen stelt, kun je beter verder zoeken
