Ondanks dat de camping accepteerd tot eind oktober was er op 2 oktober al niets meer te doen.
Samen met 2 andere gasten stonden wij op een verder lege camping die maar erg triest overkwam ondanks het stralende weer.
De receptie was gesloten dus enige informatie was dan ook niet mogelijk, en hierdoor zijn wij na 1 nacht maar verder gereisd...zonde want verder zag de camping er wel netjes uit. Het restaurant naast de camping is waarschijnlijk de meest overgewaardeerde snackbar die ik ken.
Als je voor een pizza gaat zul je goedkoop uit zijn, maar wij hadden een dure rekening voor 2 personen voor een 3 gangen menu(tje). En zelfs de kwaliteit daarvan was niet echt het van het, maar dat is dan vaak een kwestie van smaak...In ieder geval was het weinig vers wat we kregen en dat zijn we echt niet gewend in Italie...

Wij waren 3 weken in de maand september te gast op deze camping. We kunnen terug zien op een werkelijke fantastische periode. Het was inmiddels zeer rustig op de camping, maar dat is nu juist iets waar wij van houden. We konden gebruik maken van alle aanwezige faciliteiten, en kregen voldoende informatie van de Nederlands sprekende mensen van de receptie. Kortom een fantastische camping waar we zeker nog eens terug zullen komen.

7 nachten op deze camping, Nederlandse enclave, geweest. We stonden gelukkig aan de buitenrand van de camping en hadden daar uitzicht. Onze plaats was groot genoeg voor caravan met luifel uit en auto. Water bij elke plek en vuilnisbak die elke ochtend werd geleegd. Toiletten en douches zijn ruim en er werd elke morgen in gewerkt maar waren toch niet fris. Nederlands gesproken aan de balie en op al onze vragen werden we erg goed geholpen. Groot zwembad. Van hieruit met de trein naar Firenze is heel goed te doen voor 17,60 retour. Siena ligt op 30 km.

Mooi omgeving, leuke stadjes. Met een aardig grote tent of een caravan dan houd je weinig ruimte over om te zitten e.d. omdat de auto ook nog ervoor moet. Wij vinden deze camping geen aanrader. Dus voor ons niet voor herhaling vatbaar.

Stayed here for 6 nights in May 2011. Lovely campsite with good access, large level pitches, all hedged with a sink on each pitch. Coop supermarket about 5 km away in Bucine. Good walking and cycling area. Toilet facilities good with lots of hot water.
