Route:

A12, exit towards Rosignano-Marittimo, and take the SS1 Livorno-Grosseto in the direction of Grosseto. Then exit towards La California and take the SP39 and drive south. Camp site entrance after ± 3 km.

Juli 2008 met 2 kinderen 4 en 5 jaar ontzettend leuke camping. Zwembad goed voor die kleintjes, kidsclub geweldig ondanks dat de taal Italiaans was. Nieuwe toilet/douche gedeelte, altijd plek om te douchen. Restaurant goed, vriendelijk personeel vooral in de supermarkt. Alles was goed muv witte golfkarren reden echte te hard. Wij hebben echt genoten en gaan dit jaar weer terug, prachtige omgeving en het weer, echt zalig.

Ligging: camping ligt aan de doorgaande weg. Geen gezellig dorpje oid op loopafstand. De bereikbaarheid is wel goed, bijna tot de laatste km. snelweg. De camping ligt wat ver weg van de populaire steden als Florence en Sienna (het achterland inrijden kost veel tijd). Pisa, Lucca en Volterra kost je een uur. Het strand in Bibbona is niet mooi dus je moet iets verder rijden (15-20 km.). De vriendelijkheid van de receptie laat aardig wat te wensen over. Onvriendelijk en onbehulpzaam. Als je het met mensen op de camping hierover had heeft iedereen wel iets negatiefs ervaren. Heel jammer aangezien zij toch het gezicht zouden moeten zijn. Het overige personeel op de camping is wel vriendelijk. Het personeel rijdt met te hoge snelheid in golfkarretjes over de camping; gevaarlijk voor de kinderen. Het zwembad is leuk en prima voor jongere kinderen. Het diepste deel is 140 cm.

Platz liegt ein paar Kilometer vom Meer entfernt, trotzdem sind die vorderen Stellplätze sehr laut (Straße, Autobahn;Eisenbahn), die hinteren Plätze recht ruhig. Ein großer Platz mit mehreren modernen Sanitärgebäuden. Schwimmbad unbeheizt, bei unserem besuch zu kalt. Netter Supermarkt und ein ausgezeichnetes Restaurant mit vernünftigen Preisen. Zum Strand 5 km (man muss mit dem Auto fahren). Strand von Marina di Bibbona nicht besonders schön.

Verbleven er 1 week in eind augustus 2007. Goede, nette camping met prima zwembad en sanitair. Een beetje ver van alles afgelegen. Plaatsen nogal klein voor caravan en auto.

Op zich een prima camping, alleen jammer dat als je een iets grotere caraven had je heel moeilijk je (kleine) plek kon bereiken i.v.m. smalle paadjes en krappe bochten. Ook vonden wij dat het personeel heel moeilijk iets aan het verstand gebracht kon worden, alles moest met de manager overlegd worden. Een cursus Engels zou hierbij wellicht een aanrader voor het personeel zijn. Het zwembad daarentegen was super en ook het sanitair was goed en schoon.
