Kleine camping met zeer fraaie ligging. Wij hadden een prima plaats met zicht op het meer, maar niet direct aan het water. Er zijn echter ook plaatsen die door de afscherming met hagen geen uitzicht hebben. De meeste plaatsen zijn klein, waardoor het niet overal mogelijk is de auto met caravan op de plaats te zetten. Het personeel is uitermate vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het restaurant, horende bij het hotel, is uitstekend met goede en vriendelijke bediening. Zoals overal langs het meer van Trasimeno hadden wij in de avond veel last van muggen (ze staken niet), er werd niet gespoten. Uit ervaring weten wij dat direct aan het water de overlast het grootst is. Het sanitair werd goed schoon gehouden. Het zwembad was uitstekend, wel met permanent toezicht. Er loopt een spoorlijn vlak langs de camping, maar dat gaf geen overlast, 's nachts rijden er geen treinen. De ligging vlak bij het toeristische stadje Passignano is een voordeel. Een camping die wij zeker nog eens zullen aandoen.

Er zijn teveel gasten voor de beschikbare plaatsen (voorseizoen). Men krijgt dan een parkeerplaats aangewezen. Daarna indien een plaats vrijkomt, kun je verhuizen. De meeste plaatsen zijn krap bemeten. De caravan is meestal niet met de auto op de plaats te zetten. ( Mover of hulp nodig) Er is 1 straatje met wat ruimere plaatsen.

Een hele mooie camping, we hebben hier maar één week gestaan omdat de camping daarna volgeboekt was. We hadden een mooie schaduwrijke plaats, hoewel we ook wel graag een van de prachtige plaatsen aan het meer hadden willen hebben.

Mooie camping direct aan Lago Trasimeno. Niet gezwommen in het meer: het was wat troebel. Restaurant van de camping/hotel was geweldig! Restaurant tegenover de camping prima voor zeer goede pizza. Op loopafstand van het dorp, maar in de volle zon erheen lopen is geen pretje (geen schaduw onderweg). Dorpje is leuk, meer dorpen in de omgeving zijn er genoeg.

Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst en een uitstekend restaurant, ligging prima nl op loopafstand van stadje en goede verbindingen voor uitstapjes naar steden in de buurt nl Perugia, Assisie, Orvieto en Siena. Wij zijn voor de tweede maal naar Kursaal toegegaan en vele gasten komen jaarlijks terug. Normaliter bezoeken we elk jaar een ander gebied maar in drie weken vorig jaar en dit jaar 2 weken heb je de prachtige dorpjes en historische plaatsen nog niet allemaal gezien. Ook voor fietsers is de streek geschikt want rond het meer is het redelijk vlak.
